  • What Shipping do you Offer?
    We currently offer Worldwide Shipping.
  • Can I return an Item once I receive it?
    Unfortunately, this is not possible for Health & Safety Reasons. Due to COVID-19 we do not accept any returns or exchange to avoid cross contamination and to keep our staff aswell as our customers safe. Please ensure that you have verfied and cross-checked your Goods before ordering and making payment.
  • Can I customise my Order?
    Yes. You can customise your wig or weave install how you please, if you need any help we are able to assist you via our customer form.
  • What Payment Methods do you Accept?
    We accept Credit Cards, debit and Paypal.
  • How long will my order take to reach me?
    Once payment has been confirmed, your Order will be processed - quality checked and then prepared for Shipping. An email will be sent out once order has left our Head quartes, confirming the estimated Arrival of the Shpiment. (Standard Delivery - United Kingdom) Kindly bare in mind that - incase of a Pre-order that your order may take longer. (approxmatly 3-6 weeks - depending on the volume of order or customization)
